Vickie Kozhushchenko

Vice President - Human Resources

Vickie Kozhushchenko is currently Vice President, Human Resources for Clean Earth, Inc. In this role, she leads a diverse team of HR professionals in talent acquisition and development, learning and organizational dynamics, compensation, benefits, HR services and people tools and technologies. She partners with leaders across the organization in driving business performance and has been instrumental in the evolution of Clean Earth’s culture through the refinement and delivery of Clean Earth’s vision, mission and shared values. 

Vickie has over 20 years of human resources leadership experience across a diverse set of industries and organizations, including Aramark, Turner Broadcasting, Comcast and Coordinated Health.  Her specific expertise is in engineering and re-engineering business processes, coaching leaders and early career professionals, development of comprehensive talent management strategies, evaluation and implementation of human capital management systems and the analysis and improvement of systems related to organizational dynamics through customized training, development and coaching programs. In her tenure with Clean Earth, Vickie has introduced new recruiting programs, including a college hire initiative, internship program development and partnerships with local community-based organizations. She has also driven the implementation of technology-based processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the people side of the organization, allowing for better engagement with new hires and existing employees alike.

Vickie holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and is pursuing her master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania. She is the co-founder of BREW, a women’s business network and provides ongoing coaching to current and former undergraduate and master’s students at Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration.
