Former EPA Official Joins Leadership Team of Clean Earth’s Parent Company, Harsco
Harsco, Clean Earth’s parent company, announced last week that it was creating a global government relations function and named David Dunlap our new Vice President of Global Government Relations. In this newly created role, Dunlap will be responsible for supporting the transformational growth of the Company’s environmental solutions platform.
Using his engineering, science and policy expertise, Dunlap will serve as an advocate for Harsco business interests around the world, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, including government officials and policy makers, key customers, industry associations and civic organizations.
Dunlap joins Harsco from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where he recently led its Office of Research and Development, the agency’s scientific research arm, as its Deputy Assistant Administrator. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
