Below are support documents for companies to register and onboard as a vendor for Clean Earth. Also included are training materials for our payment platform, Oracle.
How to Become a Clean Earth Supplier
Clean Earth mandates that when invited to join our vendor base, suppliers need to submit all required documents via Oracle iSupplier as attachments.
Your email invitation will include all relevant documents. Suppliers can expect to submit to the following:
- Due Diligence
- W-9
- Insurance
- Banking/Payment Information
Your Clean Earth contact will activate the invitation via email when you have been chosen as a supplier.
Prospective suppliers who have an interest in submitting for consideration may send a small (<10MB) demonstration of qualifications to ra_ce-procurement@cleanearthinc.com as well as links to relevant websites. Clean Earth will only reply or contact suppliers that fit our current requirements.

Types of Diversity Suppliers
Clean Earth has business opportunities and customers throughout the nation in both the private and public sectors. Therefore, it remains important for suppliers to clearly identify their certifying body (Federal, State, County, City, etc.) as well as their type of certification. Examples of the types of certifications currently recognized by Clean Earth include Minority Owned (multiple), Women Owned, Veteran Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HUB Zone, LGTBQ, Certified Small Business, and others as appropriate.
How to Send Diversity Status
New Suppliers officially invited to work with Clean Earth will receive a link to enroll in iSupplier, our official portal for Supplier management. During the enrollment process, you may submit your certificates and evidence of Diversity Status.
Existing Suppliers who obtain or update a certification should submit the documentation to ra_ce-procurement@cleanearthinc.com.
Prospective Suppliers who wish to be considered for work with Clean Earth should submit their qualifications and diversity certification to ra_ce-procurement@cleanearthinc.com.
